Rotary Mechanical Tube Maintenance Systems

IKON Group supplies and operates advanced mechanical tube cleaning machines and expansion tools. High-temperature operation causes scale buildup inside condenser, boiler, and heat exchanger tubes. This layer isolates water from metal walls, reducing heat transfer and increasing turbine backpressure.

Our rotary cleaning machines utilize high-torque flexible steel shafts encased in watertight nylon sleeves. Operating via safety foot pedals, these tools rotate dynamic scrubbing brushes or scraper heads through straight or curved tubes while flushing scale out with a continuous stream of water.

PRODUCT CATEGORIES
  • Electric Tube Cleaners: Multi-speed electric motors featuring variable torque dollies, ideal for medium-scale condensers and evaporator loops.
  • Pneumatic Tube Cleaners: Heavy air-driven motors designed for refinery environments where electrical spark hazards are strictly forbidden.
  • Flexible Drive Shafts: High-tensile steel core cables wrapped in isolated nylon casings, suitable for dry or wet tube operations.

Why Choose IKON Mechanical Tube Cleaners?

No Parent Metal Wear

Nylon brushes and calibrated scraping tools isolate scale compounds, scrubbing them away without cutting or scraping the parent copper or steel tubes.

Operator Safety Triggers

All electric and pneumatic machines are operated via isolated air foot pedals, separating the operator from high-voltage switch panels in wet zones.

Curved Tube Compatibility

Flexible outer sleeves and modular shaft designs navigate tight U-bends and serpentine piping configurations without getting stuck.
